Composition: 100% extrafine merino wool
Length: about 120 meters for 100 g / 131 yards for 3.5 oz
This soft yarn is made with extra fine merino wool tops.
Because it is a slightly twisted roving, it maintains all of the natural softness and lightness of wool while still being easy to use with knitting and crochet needles.
Once this wool yarn is worked it tends to puff up even more and gets chunkier. Therefore, the pieces you make will not only be super warm and soft but totally cozy too.
The dyes are Oeko-Tex standard 100 certified and the wool fiber that’s used is mulesing-free.
Piuma is ideal to knit and crochet with but also with macramé and needle punch.
An extra tip: pure wool roving is hardly twisted if at all, therefore after the first few washes it can close up slightly (doesn’t get felted!).
If you’re planning on knitting Piuma with big needles or do openwork or really open stitches, keep it in mind and adjust the needles and measurements accordingly.
It is always recommended to make a sample of the stitch and wash it before doing the final project.

Does my order have a tracking number?
CANADA : if you selected the 2.50$ Letter mail shipping it is not tracked and can take a long time to reach you. Upgrades are available at checkout.
USA : If you selected the standard shipping (small packet) without any upgrades, there is no tracking. Tracking can be added as an upgrade.
INTERNATIONAL : always includes tracking
+ Unless your order is Canada letter mail, I make my labels on Etsy and the informations are sent automatically. If your confirmation of shipment message doesn't include tracking, there isn't one.
+ You can have access to your purchases on Etsy by clicking on your image profile and you'll be able to see if your order includes tracking.
International orders : Will I be refunded if I send back my order without paying the import taxes?
If you paid for shipping : I will refund your order minus the shipping fees.
If the shipping was free : I will subtract the amount I paid to ship your parcel from the total of your order, this can go from 20$CA to 65$CA
