The picture has a diameter of 20 cm.
The 6-ply embroidery threads are made of 100% cotton and come sorted by color on a card, making them easy to handle.
Each kit includes a bamboo embroidery hoop, cotton aida cloth, an embroidery needle and detailed instructions with a counted cross stitch pattern, in both English and French!
The designs featuring people can be customized, so you can tailor them to your recipient(s)!
Kits are packaged in a kraft box with cover, measuring 22.5 cm square.
Please note that if you have never done cross stitch you might need additional information on how to cross stitch and that the pattern is not printed on the canvas.

Does my order have a tracking number?
CANADA : if you selected the 2.50$ Letter mail shipping it is not tracked and can take a long time to reach you. Upgrades are available at checkout.
USA : If you selected the standard shipping (small packet) without any upgrades, there is no tracking. Tracking can be added as an upgrade.
INTERNATIONAL : always includes tracking
+ Unless your order is Canada letter mail, I make my labels on Etsy and the informations are sent automatically. If your confirmation of shipment message doesn't include tracking, there isn't one.
+ You can have access to your purchases on Etsy by clicking on your image profile and you'll be able to see if your order includes tracking.
International orders : Will I be refunded if I send back my order without paying the import taxes?
If you paid for shipping : I will refund your order minus the shipping fees.
If the shipping was free : I will subtract the amount I paid to ship your parcel from the total of your order, this can go from 20$CA to 65$CA
